So I'm trying to run Vagrant inside of Vagrant. I have a very important cloud-based replicated virtualized solution that necessitates nested Vagrants.

loljk, I'm doing it for the lulz. It'll be contributing to some marketing for Vagrant of sorts in a little bit.
